1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of grokimage2.app, including text-to-image generation, image editing, credits, subscriptions, account features, and related tools (the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides web access to currently documented Grok Imagine image models so you can:

• Generate images from text prompts (including long, structured prompts and multilingual on-image text where supported by the selected model).
• Edit or refine images with natural-language instructions and reference images where the selected model supports it.
• Manage credits, subscriptions, downloads, and an optional image library when signed in.

Some generation features are available without an account, subject to daily limits, watermarks, queue priority, and model availability. Account features may include saved images, credit balance, billing, daily check-in or sharing rewards, and plan entitlements.

Underlying model inference may be performed by third-party AI providers. “Grok,” “Grok Imagine,” “Imagine Image 2.0,” “Grok Image 2,” and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, including xAI where applicable. This website is independent, is not affiliated with xAI, and does not claim access to the Imagine Image 2.0 developer API while xAI lists that API as coming soon.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use paid features. You are responsible for keeping account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Provide accurate account, billing, and contact information when required, and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload, link, or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Upload or generate unlawful, abusive, hateful, violent, harassing, deceptive, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful content.
• Use the Service to promote hate, violence, self-harm, fraud, malware, or other illegal activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, models, data, or infrastructure.
• Interfere with, overload, scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or bypass rate limits, security controls, watermarks, credits, or access restrictions.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with any person, brand, or entity.
• Create counterfeit materials or misleading endorsements that falsely suggest authorization by a rights holder.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of prompts, uploaded images, and other materials you provide (“User Content”), to the extent you own them.

You grant us a limited license to transmit, host, store, cache, process, display, and use User Content solely as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, including generating outputs you request.

You represent that you have all rights needed to submit User Content and to use it with the Service. You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, and how you use outputs.

6. Generated Outputs

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images and other outputs generated through the Service for personal, academic, or commercial purposes within your plan’s entitlements.

We do not claim ownership of the specific images you generate for yourself, except for our software, interface, documentation, branding, templates, and other pre-existing intellectual property.

Free or limited tiers may apply watermarks, lower priority queues, or model restrictions. Paid plans or credits may unlock watermark-free downloads, higher priority, HD options, or additional models, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

AI outputs may be imperfect, incomplete, similar to other users’ outputs, or unsuitable for a given use. You must review outputs before publishing or commercial use, including spelling of on-image text, factual claims, brand compliance, platform rules, and third-party rights.

7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Certain features require credits, payment, or an active subscription. Prices, credit costs, limits, model availability, resolution, speed, watermark rules, and plan benefits may change. The live pricing page is the authoritative source for current offers.

Credits may be granted by subscription, one-time packs, signup bonuses, or optional daily rewards. Consumed credits are generally non-refundable. Credit expiration rules (for example same-day expiry for certain reward credits, or longer validity for packs) are described in-product where applicable.

Paid features are billed in advance unless otherwise stated. Refunds are not guaranteed; we may review requests case by case subject to payment-processor rules, consumed credits, and applicable law. You can usually cancel a subscription from account billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service’s software, interface, branding, design, documentation, and original content (excluding User Content and model IP belonging to third parties) are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law.

You may not use our product name, logos, or trade dress in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without prior written consent.

9. Availability and Changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation. Quality, speed, model behavior, supported formats, and output availability may vary with load, providers, settings, and technical limits.

We may update models, features, pricing, limits, and policies at any time.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may close your account where deletion is available.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, create legal or security risk, fail to pay amounts owed, or if continued access would harm us, users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive.

11. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

We do not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations, be unique, be legally safe for every use, or satisfy every platform, advertising, brand, or regulatory requirement.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

13. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
